 ASK THE EXPERT -
I am in the process of purchasing a home where the construction has not been fully completed, framework outside walls are complete. I am in need of information of where to go and the information for a construction loan, where and who to talk to for any and all permits that may be needed. This is my biggest problems, where and who to talk to so that I can obtain all necessary permits and loans. Thank you

Let me say you should not need a permit unless you plan on doing the work yourself. Normally when you hire someone to fix up the home they will pull the permit. As far as a loan. Normally it is best to go to banks in the area of the home you will be buying. They should have a loan officer that can help. If you have any other questions let me know.
